Nozzles

Nozzles are primarily used in fuel injection systems to deliver fuel efficiently into the engine’s combustion chamber. These fuel injectors spray a fine fuel mist, ensuring optimal mixing with air for efficient combustion, better performance, and lower emissions.

Roter Head

A Rotor Head is a critical component of a distributor-type fuel injection pump, commonly used in diesel engines. It is responsible for distributing fuel to the engine’s cylinders at the correct timing and pressure.

Delivery Valves

A Delivery Valve is a crucial component of a diesel fuel injection system, specifically in inline and distributor-type fuel injection pumps. It controls the flow of high-pressure fuel from the injection pump to the fuel injectors

Elements

Elements refer to the plunger and barrel assembly inside a diesel fuel injection pump. This component is responsible for metering and pressurizing fuel before delivering it to the injectors. The plunger moves inside the barrel, compressing the fuel to high pressure, ensuring precise injection timing and quantity.

Repair Kits

Repair kits in a vehicle are pre-packaged sets of essential components used to fix or restore specific parts of the vehicle. These kits typically include gaskets, seals, O-rings, springs, and other small parts needed for repairing systems like brakes, clutches, fuel injectors, carburetors, or transmissions.

Glow Plugs & Fuel Pumps

Glow plugs and fuel pumps are crucial in diesel engine vehicles. Glow plugs preheat the air in the combustion chamber, ensuring smooth engine starts, especially in cold weather. Fuel pumps deliver fuel from the tank to the engine at the right pressure for efficient combustion.

Spark Plugs

A spark plug is a key component in a gasoline engine, responsible for igniting the air-fuel mixture inside the combustion chamber. It generates a high-voltage electrical spark, which causes controlled combustion, powering the engine.

Piston & Piston Rings

A piston is a crucial component of an internal combustion engine, moving up and down inside the cylinder to convert fuel combustion into mechanical power.  Piston rings are circular metal rings fitted around the piston to seal the combustion chamber, control oil consumption, and transfer heat from the piston to the cylinder walls.

Valve Guides

Valve guides are cylindrical components in a vehicle’s engine that house and guide the movement of the intake and exhaust valves. They ensure precise alignment of the valves as they open and close, allowing smooth airflow and proper sealing within the combustion chamber.

Timing Belts

A timing belt is a crucial component in a vehicle’s engine that synchronizes the rotation of the crankshaft and camshaft. It ensures that the engine’s valves open and close at the right time during each cylinder’s intake and exhaust strokes.

Clutch Cover & Disc

The clutch cover and clutch disc are key components of a manual transmission vehicle’s clutch system. The clutch cover, also known as the pressure plate, applies pressure to the clutch disc, which is positioned between the flywheel and the cover.

Brake Pads

Brake pads are essential components of a vehicle’s disc braking system, responsible for slowing down or stopping the wheels. They are friction materials that press against the brake rotors when the brake pedal is applied, creating the necessary friction to reduce speed.

Brake Shoes

Brake shoes are essential components of a vehicle’s drum brake system, responsible for slowing or stopping the wheels. They are curved metal plates with a friction material lining that presses against the inside of the brake drum when the brakes are applied.

Air & oil filters

Air and oil filters are crucial for a vehicle’s engine performance and longevity. The air filter blocks dust and debris from entering the engine, ensuring efficient combustion, while the oil filter removes contaminants from engine oil, preventing wear on internal components.
